Improve Contract Management Performance

Public sector procurement training goes far beyond purchase orders and executing contracts.  From drafting RFPs to conducting market soundings and maintaining vendor relationships, today’s public sector procurement professional faces increasing complexity in their job functions. At the same time, there are higher expectations of fairness and transparency, as well as increased pressure to demonstrate ‘best value’ for public funds expended.

You will find the following courses, eSeminars, and the Public Sector Procurement Program (PSPP) specifically designed to meet the unique needs of Canadian public sector professionals.

Skill Builders

I found the Skills Builders Bundle has something to offer even for the most experienced of procurement specialists. Whether you are just starting out in procurement or have many years’ experience, there are some very good reminders and new concepts to take away. I really enjoyed the experience and found the interactive web sessions extremely easy to follow.

Vicky Taylor

Procurement Officer, Procurement and Government Services, Nunavut

I liked the ability to access and complete the course at my own pace and convenience. I also like that the course material is downloadable which allowed me to review the material during the course and anytime at my leisure. The modules were well presented and the speaker’s voice was clear and pleasant to listen to. As usual NECI material, including the Legal Edge, is an interesting read and always thought provoking.
