Fall has traditionally been a very busy time as organizations gear up and engage in professional development training for their procurement and contract management teams, and this year is no exception.  Those who choose the online delivery model find an unexpected benefit by participating and networking with a cross-Canada cohort of public sector professionals from diverse backgrounds and experience.

Organizations that adopt the in-house classroom delivery lean towards inviting all who touch the procurement process – from administrators to managers and even legal counsel – ensuring there is a true team approach and that everyone is on the same page with respect to strategic direction and policies.

Over the past few weeks our instructors have been in front of procurement professionals from coast to coast and destinations in between.  We’ve been working with the New Brunswick, BC, and Yukon governments, City of Castlegar, BC Hydro and have presented at several conferences.

Blending the best of both worlds, our presentation for the Ontario Public Buyers Association annual conference was presented virtually from downtown Victoria to a live audience in Niagara Falls for the second year in a row.

On October 2nd, we launched a new Signature Seminar, in partnership with the BC Construction Association:  Construction Procurement Infrastructure Masterclass.  We’ve been filling the calendar with an eager broader public sector audience in all of the regional districts (Prince George, Vancouver, Kelowna and Victoria) with more dates to open up in the New Year.  Although tailored for the BC market, interest in the seminar has also made its way to  Alberta and other provinces.

We are currently working on release of a new online Contract Drafting Skill Builder Bundle, and a unique  Municipal training bundle for classroom delivery.

As you can see, all signs point to a very busy year ahead! If you are thinking of procurement, contract management or negotiations training for you or your team, contact us today to reserve your spot.
